Olive Tapenade

This is super quick to throw together, yet makes a delicious and elegant appetizer.


Throw some black olives, green olives, kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, capers, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, and black pepper (no salt!) into a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.


Adjust the amount of any ingredient according to your taste. Serve with chips or crackers, or alongside grilled chicken or fish. Enjoy!

  1. I have yet to make a tapenade homemade but I love them smeared all over ciabatta bread. Your recipe looks awesome - I'd stick it in a quesadilla for added flavor, on a sandwich...or just eat it by the spoonful! Yum! Hope you had a fun weekend.
